Description

Ever inspired by the utilitarian everyday items of life, Giles has explored the fine geometric wiring of chicken fencing and elevated it within Faraday velvet, taking the soft, sumptuous pile of the fabric and creating a strong and determined bond through the twists of the wire. The colourways delve into the ink box of Sanderson`s ever evolving palette, however the ground from which the wire springs, with its twisting joints and lax diamond patterning, is resolutely grounded to its wiry origins. The dryness of the cotton velvet gives a matte look for an elevated finish.
