Description

Birds fly, pears hang, a caterpillar crawls – these playful embroidered vignettes sit within the scalloped framework of Harvest Fruits. Worked in a Jacobean style of crewel embroidery, the archival design draws on the period character of Brockhampton Manor and its orchards, depicting pear trees alongside bees and butterflies.
