Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £150, or costs £5.95 on orders under £150. Most orders arrive in 1–2 working days. Order by 1pm for same-day dispatch.

A signature will be required on delivery, except for fabric and wallpaper samples.

Samples Delivery

Sample delivery costs £2.50, with samples arriving in 2–3 working days.

Returns

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order. Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item to us if it is eligible for return. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

The following is a general guide for specific returns per product category:

Wallpaper. Sealed complete rolls of wallpaper may be returned. We cannot accept returns of wallpaper that has been printed to order.

Fabric. For lengths over 1m we are able to accept returns of fabric, but the fabric must be in its original condition.

Paint: Please note, paint products are non-returnable, as it is mixed to order. 

How to process a return:

To process your return, please contact us. 

A customer has the option to arrange postage of a return themselves (using a a trackable courier of their choice and sharing the tracking link), or our team can arrange a pick up via UPS and the pick up fee will be deducted from the refund balance. 

Please note, we do not accept returns of samples.
